Puddleduck Agency takes its name from founder Jemima Fallows, who was named after the beloved literary character Jemima Puddleduck. What started as a playful nod to her namesake has evolved into a symbol of our approach—delivering creative storytelling with a balance of whimsy and strategy. We're not reinventing the wheel; we're building trust and elevating brands in a way that feels authentic and impactful.
Jemima began her career at top Sydney venues like Jimmy Liks and Hugos Lounge, followed by three years in the U.S., managing events at the iconic Chateau Marmont and Bar Marmont, and touring with Bacardi B-Live. She’s also worked in-house for brands like v2food and in PR agencies for major names like Air New Zealand and L'Oréal.
Before joining Solotel Hospitality Group, overseeing 32 venues with celebrity Chef Matt Moran, Jemima successfully owned a café/restaurant. With a deep industry understanding, Jemima and her team focus on brand building and storytelling, prioritizing longevity over fleeting trends.
Originally from Sydney, she's now based in Byron Bay but travels regularly for work.
