Puddleduck Agency is a boutique PR and communications agency, working with lifestyle, travel, food and hospitality brands across Australia to build brand awareness through storytelling, strategy and meaningful partnerships.

Led by founder Jemima Fallows, a PR and marketing specialist with over 20 years’ experience across agency, in-house and venue ownership, Puddleduck helps brands connect with their audiences in genuine, lasting ways.

Jemima’s career spans across the Australia to the USA, with roles ranging from events and PR at Chateau Marmont and Bacardi B‑Live in the States to a key role as Head of PR and Partnerships at The Solotel Group, where she worked across 32 venues including Aria and Chiswick, led by chef Matt Moran. She’s worked with brands including L'Oréal, Air New Zealand and v2food, and also ran her own café & restaurant in Sydney, giving her a first-hand understanding of what retail brands really need on the ground.

Founded in 2023 Puddleduck Agency supports clients with tailored PR campaigns, content direction, influencer strategy and brand collaborations.

Recent work includes campaigns for Blackbird Resort & Hotel, SABEN New Zealand, Pilu Freshwater and Ember Byron Bay.
